They have been educated by secondary education to believe they are continually oppressed and are owed compensation for their ancestry. The justice system lets them walk quite frequently so they grow up knowing no expectations or being held accountable

When it comes to Charlie Kirk's killer, his race was not the point at which his rage exploded against Kirk. The assassin was dating a tranny who like to dress up as a furry animal. Like most sane people Kirk refused to normalize that type of behavior and he was killed for it.
