CDC — ‘We didn’t issue alert on Vaccine Myocarditis because we didn’t want to cause panic'

The nation’s top public health agency did not send an alert on COVID-19 vaccines and heart inflammation because officials were concerned they would cause panic, according to an email obtained by The Epoch Times.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2021 drafted an alert for heart inflammation, or myocarditis, and the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Officials prepared to release it to the public, taking steps including having the agency’s director review the language, internal documents show.
The alert would have been sent through the CDC’s Health Alert System (HAN) network, which goes to state and local officials, as well as doctors, across the country.

wait a minute....
when Trump admitted he downplayed early fears to maintain calm, preserve PPE, prevent runs on food, price gouging, and protect essential medical resources - he was called Hitler. Even when Lord Fauci admitted the same thing, libs were apoplectic... the esteemed Bob Woodward, pearls firmly clutched, wrote a best selling book about it.
Now, its OK to mislead the American people in order to preserve calm? Was it OK to mislead them about covid origins too? Masking? Lockdowns? Vaccine efficacy?
Why arent people hanging for this?

god forbid we have a real pandemic with an actual cure.

I had this discussion with a doc friend of mine. Not just the CDC but the med industry in general has just torpedoed their credibility. He's not sure how they get it back.

They didn't want to cause panic about vaxx induced Myocarditis but where enthusiastic about causing panic about a virus less lethal than the flu for the vast majority of Americans not already very unwell.
