I must be missing something. Having a daycare that receives government funding is not fraud. Doing so, and not actually having children there, is fraud. I saw no allegation in the post that he had no children there, hence the question that is still unanswered. Did he have children there? If so, where is the fraud?

This is why all social programs should be administered at the state level....no federal taxes for any social programs. The less money in DC the better for the American people.

Looks legit on the surface anyway.

How many reviews on his website? How many ratings? Let’s see how many actual kids he can document serving and compare to how much money he took from the government. Should be an easy thing to investigate.

can someone explain to me why our government is funding daycare places?
Because day care is very expensive, but we also need people in the economy and working. If you help a family out with daycare they will actually be able to have the mom and dad working, collecting 2 incomes and paying tax on two incomes. Helps everybody.

if you can’t afford kids don’t have kids. Depending on the government to pay for the kids is silly.

You far left wackos love you some daddy government.

I've never said it was a good idea for people to have kids they can't afford. But lots of people do things that aren't good ideas. If you think telling people to stop it is a fix then you are far more silly than a liberal that might want to help people a little too much. Pretty much every 1st world nation has some kind of program to help people with child care and daycare costs.

daycare in his home run by his wife…

How is this a fraud? There are many daycares run out of people's homes. Daycares allow other people to work jobs outside of the home.

Republicans have lost their minds.

Whether his family is actually caring for kids or not there is no way they are entitled to 190 million frickin dollars. Throw his arse in jail.

Here is one of the major problems. There is grant money given out every year to open your own business.

Not really there isn't. You might get SOME government backing via the Small Business Administration but what government just gives people money and says "Here, go open a hardware store"?

Money you never pay back. If you or I apply for it, we will never get it because they give it to immigrants, refugees and minorities.

If this would be true the courts would have tossed it years ago just like they tossed Bidens minority crap. Whites win and minorities lose in court case about "minorities only"

The Pentagon budget is 900 billion this year. I find it impossible to believe that a a 700 billion program exists that helps only blacks, hispanics and Indians and Pakistanis do stuff like buy hotels to "take over towns:
