Because I've seen her more on this board and in random X posts since his death than all the times before, and I'm a fast study on people. It was immediately apparent to me that she cared for him quite a bit. Then I just made some assumptions based on my understanding of humanity.

At least Candace is feeding insanity to listeners as opposed to packaged, rote talking points from Beck and Hannity.
I'm not defending her. But I understand why bored people who want to be conspiratorial and mad would listen. I have no idea why anyone wants to listen to Beck or Hannity or similar make the same banal points over and over and over.
I hate influencing culture and most of podcasting culture, but at least the latter provides some access to subject matter experts and insightful people who'd otherwise never reach us. It's just that on the conservative side (and probably every topic) you've got to go through 20 layers of junk to find one, and even then, it might be very episode dependent.
To be honest, post-Kirk, I've got little tolerance for any of it as it pertains to his murder. There are plenty of people I like or think are decent who beg for engagement with the "this is for Charlie" type crap and I find it pretty distasteful.

She always just came off as fairly smart to me, so its disappointing. I would never take her serious about anything anymore. She pretty much ruined her brand the 6 months or so. Beck and Hannity are bad examples - they are has-beens. There are plenty of younger, fresher faces that can defend conservatism without going out on wacked out tangents like this.
