Should be the poster size picture they prop up next to her carcus at her funeral.

Nothing changes about who controls the senate without Feinstein. It’s 50-49 D.

Eh, she'll probably just tell Death to come back for her after the end of her term.

I’m not sure the senate is big enough for Glitchin’ Nancy and cryin’ Chuck to share the same stage

So, we'd have another cadaver replacing the recently deceased cadaver? Can't they do any better than that? We are so sunk. RIP America.

You all are missing the saddest part of this tragedy. A poor Chinese Chauffeur is out of a job today...

60 or 2/3rds? I know there won't be a conviction, but having control so the truth is out there would be a good thing.

My wife and I are taking care of her 82 year old mother and I know there are exception to the rule ,but my goodness 90 years old? Forget the politics for a second, 90 years old and you could see that she was not fit to serve.

2/3rds is required to remove in an impeachment trial.

Doesn’t matter relative to your point because the Democrats still control the Senate.

But as a Democrat she can still cast votes in the Senate

This plus the sad thing is, she would actually have a streak of sanity on occasion which she will never have in her voting moving forward as she votes posthumously.

I don't celebrate a death, but I don't have to celebrate her life because she sold us out to China, she was corrupt and has immense wealth because of it, she took and always tried to take rights from the citizenry, and I could go on.

Praise will be heaped upon her endlessly for the next week and I'm sick these corrupt, sell outs, that sell us and our rights down the river getting worshipped by the media.

Kamala only has that seat until the election.

They aren’t required to keep her on the ticket, so landing a new job is a good idea if they make it clear she is out.

Again...if you think blacks would sit still and let the Democrats dump her from the ticket, you must have started following American politics for the first time about 15 minutes ago.

Now, that's assuming Biden stays on the ticket as the nominee. He has no choice but to keep her.

Your idea also ignores one very simple but important factor at play, and you can be certain that Harris isn't ignoring it and that is this:

The chances are very good that one year from today, Kamala Harris will be President of the United States. She knows this. And there's no way she goes back to being the junior senator from California today when she will probably be President one year from now.
