re: $/hd to AI cattle

I actually had one die on me.

When I was done with the bull I called the guy to come pick it up and said it'll be a couple days. Those couple days turned into fall and I had to get him out of the cows so he had to go in with the feeder steers. He got sick on the full feed.

That was not a fun phone call and he threatened to sue but nothing ever happened.

Edit to add: There are diseases that can cause cows to abort like brucellosis that you should look out for, too.

Also, I wouldn't go buy at a sale barn. You don't know anything about those animals.

You might do best buying bred cows.

We rented a bull but that was 50 years ago.
IMHO, that bitch should be charged with attempted murder since she urged her "wife" to drive at him.

Dd she have any charges on her for putting out cigs on the wife's kids? She should have still been in jail for that.

What an effed up couple.
I was a farmer back years ago; although livestock and hay so never had crops.

More often than not; you spend 2 weeks in the spring putting the crop in the ground and 2 weeks in the fall harvesting.

I was in Mn and IA where farmers either spent the winter down south or at the bar.

They also had leased equipment.

Sounds like you are pretty well paid for the time you put in.
How do they keep their pants from falling down to their ankles?

What an assinine look.

I was spending $170. a month on food and treats for my 4 dogs. It was doable but why?

I just recently started boiling up some chicken parts or ground turkey with rice and vegetables and giving a serving spoon of that along with a dog food topping.

I think this is going to be a winner. Not that hard to do and it is not too labor intensive except removing the bones from the chicken parts.
I have 3 policies with them and I am thinking of cashing out and going to find something different. Not many reviews out there. Has to be a reason for that.
I agree with all her grievances.

However, the best way to fix it is for every voter to vote against incumbents.

Put whoever needs it in jail.
Bull shite, fraud, lying and piracy is built into that country's DNA.

In fact, I would guess, considering the amount of crime by the 13% in this country; it is built in to the DNA of that continent.

Maybe we should start getting more tough on the criminals. An eye for an eye; cut your left hand ( the dirty one) off if you steal. If you kill someone, you die in the same manner.

Don't know if I totally believe Wiki; but they say if you repeat the theft, you loose the opposite foot. Practiced in Islamic. countries so right up their alley.
Why are there no checks and inspections/investigations of these claims and just handing over barrels of money; especially since we know those people of that country have devolved into piracy and fraud?

WTH, states and Fed. Do Better.
That beast is a female???

I would prefer not to be around them, too. Give them WY. Pull all the gov't aid and see how they enjoy themselves.

Apologies to all who live in WY.
Just take them out behind the barn and put a bullet in their brain.

If we get a few good ones ( is there such an animal?) collateral damage.

You know if they are de naturalized and sent back; they will sneak back in...

I have the sane. Freaks the dogs out when they start chirping.
Well, I did check into Greyhound at the time and there are no routes between here and there.

We tried to become family again after I retired and when he was a teen but it was too late by then.
Ultimatums? Where did you get that, you 'tard?
I was so blind as a bat that I couldn't read street signs and would have to drive thru Atlanta on a holiday weekend. Plus I am damn near 80 YO.

At least one thing is good. I got my eyes fixed.

My son and I are estranged. Partly my fault and partly his.

I was the one bringing home the bacon in his younger years and was sleeping days so we never formed the mother/ child attachment.

We have had a so-so relationship over the years. He'd come for one over night visit every year. 200 miles distance; same as we have now but different states.

He got married this year; we have drifted apart even more now. I informed him that he would have to come get me and bring me back but he said shortly before the big day that he was too busy.

It no longer bothers me and I guess he feels the same. It is what it is and I'm ruled by my brain rather than my heart.
I never saw this when it was spring, summer or fall. It has just come up since it got cold.

I did lookup the fountain grass and bluestem. I had to picture the bluestem red and that is closest to it and it says green rest of year That could be it.

I guess I don't have a new, exotic ornamental grass. Thank you!

Before I moved down here (AL) I had a 1890 3 story Victorian. Totally redid that one and it was beautiful.

This bungalow has the old wainscoting (bead board) on all walls and ceilings. I don't know what determines whether they use lath and plaster or the wainscoting? Maybe the lath /plaster was Victorian era?

This house has roughly 2 sheets of drywall in it. With all that dry wood, if it ever starts fire, no one will get out. Only bad thing about it.
