Answer the damn question prick. What Law did Trump break?
I can answer that... NONE.
His job is to ENFORCE the laws of CONGRESS and to use the powers given to him by the constitution.
This guy has been given due process. Period.

Just to add additional data;

The specifics of the president's immigration agenda and his conduct are badly underwater.

Is the judiciary being silly when the Admin calls it an “administrative error” in acknowledging they blatantly defied a court order?

Sure but they want an orderly process to remove them without violating the Constitution or the extreme measures you posted.
Shouldn’t the PROCESS to remove mirror the same process as entering the U.S.? If a person can’t provide PROOF they are here legally then they should be deported without due process by a court. Why don’t you ask a person this has done it the RIGHT way how they feel about the one’s that didn’t. I would imagine the support for Trump from them would be overwhelmingly positive!

The fact that you think you’re winning with semantics and refuse to acknowledge the prohibition of removal to El Salvador in your “he already got due process” fallacy tells me you’re a pigeon shitting on a chess board here. Sit a few plays out.

I love it. Our little prog here can not name a law that Trump broke! Just answer his question little dude.
Since when is due process a fallacy?

Do you trust Congress to move expeditiously? I don’t, and it’s apparent he doesn’t either. Johnson is weak, and likely compromised, we’ve got another Turtle “leading” the Senate, where the majority is a mirage based on Collins and Murkowski masquerading as Republicans.
They can sure generate a lot of hot air and strongly worded letters though.

Jesus Christ. Article III and the Judiciary Act of 1789 (or whatever law created Boasberg’s seat).

Article III
Here it is. What part did Trump break?
Article III:
Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
Section 2
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State,—between Citizens of different States,—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Judiciary Act of 1789
The Judiciary Act of 1789, enacted on September 24, 1789, established the structure and jurisdiction of the federal court system in the United States. It created the Supreme Court, district courts, and circuit courts, and defined their respective roles. The act also provided for the appointment of federal judges, district attorneys, and marshals.
What law did Trump break with this?

I can’t spoon feed it to you, my dude. There’s a large gap between high school civics (where you’re at) and where the rest of us are.

The Alien Exclusion Act. It does not apply. You could also say that the Administration violated all of the existing immigration and deportation laws by intentionally not following them.

No question Biden and the democrat/communists did this.

Well don't everyone freak out. It was an aggressive yet novel use of the law. Totally understand why they did it.
Andrew McCarthy said using this law was going to fail and he was right. However he also said current law allows them to accomplish their goals. Can still round up and deport, just use the laws other than this one.
Two years from now this decision will be seen as a bump in the road

Yes. The SC wants the matter examined and decided upon by the Fifth Circuit first before anymore miscreants are deported.
The OP's thread title is misleading at best and downright dishonest at worst.
That's a common practice by The Gateway Pundit. Always clickbait...
Spot on
...and the 5th court of appeals is not going to dide with the anti Americans on this matter.
They'll rule on ot Monday.

Actually Trump is 56 percent to the good on deporting illegals . And that’s just regular , come across the border illegally , immigrants .
For the criminals it’s 85 percent of the u s wants them gone and I don’t think they care whether they get due process or not. It’s that loud , obnoxious 15 percent that want lawfare stalling bullshite

What you can not do is name a law he broke. Instead of saying "Look I just disagree with him" you move to Trump broke the law and because you can not name it, you turn to this.
You, once again, prove what you are.
