Already been done. Twice to be exact.

Am I reading that little piece in OP right that it’s temporarily until a response is given?
The OP's thread title is misleading at best and downright dishonest at worst.
That's a common practice by The Gateway Pundit. Always clickbait...

Yep
No. That has already been done twice.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia has repeatedly been identified as a member of MS-13 by:
- A Maryland county police gang unit
- A reliable confidential informant
- ICE officers
- An immigration judge agreed
- An appellate board agreed

It is also common among the usual TDS suspects posting here. This has been pointed out to them multiple times in this thread, they blew right by it. They are agenda-driven, not truth-driven.

But The Gateway Pundit was fake news before fake news became mainstream...

So if followed by the administration, does this block all deportations until settled by the 5th then eventually the SCOTUS or can they continue to deport the ciminals? If there is a stay on moving criminal illegals out of our country then we are lost and I mean LOST as a nation. Holy Saturday how do we get some relief?

Stephen Miller's extremism will cost Trump his agenda and the midterms.
Trump has a mandate on immigration and Miller is convincing him to ignore the law... the only thing that can stop trump's agenda when they hold a trifecta is the judical branch.
all the Democrats have to do is wait out the clock, if Trump admin does due diligence, Garcia would've been deported 6 months from now and this wouldve never been a story.

MSM has been around way longer than Gateway. CNN, MSNBC...etc Those, and more, have always been fake news.

In other words, you're advocating for the Trump admin to let Dems wait out the clock.

They are setting up the final rug pull. This country is lost, better be ready to protect what you have because when the power dynamics shift conservatives will be targeted period. Your freedoms will evaporate and the left will finally kill the country. If you think this court will protect the constitution or citizens I can see why our grandparents lost the country over the past 70 years

Regular, moderate Americans see the ruse, hence the admin losing support.
I am quite certain the majority of Americans back the administration removing illegals with prejudice.
Hence, the election mandate

You think those semantics matter?
The first mandate the president has to to follow the rule of law. He has an immigration mandate. The only way to lose it it to act lawlessly. It’s retardedly shooting yourself in the foot.
The only saving grace is the Democrats are a rudderless, leaderless opposition party. Knowing them, they’ll find a way to work trannies and racism into this somehow.

That depends on how silly the judiciary is going to be. Their political activism is the reason that defying them (real or perceived) is politically acceptable.
