Never appoint a woman to a position of power or authority. Don’t ever vote for one either.

Whats happening here should be studied by psychologists for years to come. Its truly amazing how people can be manipulated.
10 years ago, most of these baws were far different and more conservative.

Yup
MAGA has always been based in emotion and not logic, but they're going into hyperdrive with it now

I will say this. I now understand the intentional idiocy of promoting the incorrect talking point that Biden violated orders of the Supreme Court. We are seeing the full fruits of that plan right now with the uneducated or ignorant crowd. They looked like severe idiots for several years but it's paying off for the same idiots to look even dumber, but to repeat it even louder to justify Trump violating Court orders

All this will ultimately go in Trumps favor. He just received the largest support any Republican has had from blacks and Hispanics ever. You know why? Because they know when they are getting screwed.
So, don’t worry about what the media says. Hispanics want fairness because a lot of them have relatives trying to come here the right way. The media wants you to believe the Hispanics are mad about “the Maryland man”. That’s the press playing the race card and wanting everyone to believe Hispanics are stupid. Blacks and Hispanics both know what cheaters look like which is why they put Trump in office. They want the gang bangers sent back worse than whitey does.

Article III places the inherent judicial power in the Supreme Court and the inferior courts as Congress may establish.
Article III
Here it is. What part did Trump break?
quote:
Article III:
Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
Section 2
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State,—between Citizens of different States,—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
What did Trump break in this? Did he establish a court, get rid of a court? Trump has broken none of the above and you can NOT name where he did.
Your real issue is that the Constitution gives the President powers. It's called: Immigration and Nationality Act, as well as inherent authority under Article II of the Constitution
8 U.S. Code § 1531 - Definitions
(1) the term “alien terrorist” means any alien described in section 1227(a)(4)(B) of this title.
(4) Security and related grounds
(A) In generalAny alien who has engaged, is engaged, or at any time after admission engages in—
(i) any activity to violate any law of the United States relating to espionage or sabotage or to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information,
(ii) any other criminal activity which endangers public safety or national security, or
(iii) any activity a purpose of which is the opposition to, or the control or overthrow of, the Government of the United States by force, violence, or other unlawful means,
is deportable.
Article II vests executive power:
Article II of the Constitution establishes the executive branch and grants the President the power to enforce laws.
Presidential authority to enforce laws:
The President's "Take Care Clause" duty to ensure laws are faithfully executed
Which one of these did Trump break?
Are you saying the office of the President has no power over the execution of immigration laws?

You are not doing that. You are advocating for courts ran by activist judges to seize powers delegated to the office of the president by the constitution.

The courts are given the power to ensure the executive acts within the limited authority granted by Congress.
That's their job.
This isn't something crazy or new either. A large number of Supreme Court cases specifically deal with examinations of administrative actions and whether or not these executive actions exceed constitutional authority or are not within the limited constitutional authority granted to the executive.
If you want a good example, the Supreme Court ruling that the Biden administration could not use the Heroes act (valid grant of limited authority by Congress) to forgive student loans is a good one.
Another is a Supreme Court ruling that divide administration couldn't use their valid statutory authority under OSHA to require federal employees to get the vaccine.
ETA: the Supreme Court is also bound to ensure that any statutory action or executive action is within the limits of the Constitution as well.

This isn't a "review" or "just the process". It's beyond that and you, sir, are advocating for courts ran by activist judges to seize powers delegated to the office of the president by the constitution.

No
You can repeat this a hundred times and it's not true
Courts ensure compliance with statutory authority and the Constitution.
Your refusal to answer the question is a white flag however and I will just let you bow out and admit you're wrong without having to say it.

So, let's play this out.
1. Trump isn't able to deport even all of the illegal aliens Joe Biden alone invited in because there aren't enough judges in the country to deport them all in 4 years.
2. Dems take back over.
3. Dems invite and encourage more illegal aliens.
4. The USA is a better place?
What exactly do I have to appreciate in this
future you are advocating for? Should I believe the people who kept people who walked around the Capitol building on Jan 6 jailed without due process for nearly 4 years, and falsely convicted others, are going to suddenly be inspired by this display of stupidity and suddenly start giving me the due process they want me to extend to illegal aliens?
