Who, exactly, do they think didn't get justice? The attacker already got his justice, not Daniel Penny gets justice. Sounds like justice was served all around. Everybody should now be happy. Well, it's B.S. that Daniel Penny was ever in court to begin with, but, given that, this is the best possible outcome. In the end, he too gets justice.
