In the Crawford boxes for my daughters birthday..at least there is something interesting happening
Gotta be old SBF-swings at ball four Mr. Cocksuck Christian Walker
Probably another meaningless solo shot in a 1 or 2 run loss
This Klassen kid has a shot at a Maddux
We should count how many times we swing at ball 4. That’s two thus far

I guess I define choking as doing something exceptionally bad or missing an easy shot you would otherwise make. Choking is van de velde at carnoustie, Norman at Augusta, that kind of stuff. Sam was right there with a putt on 18 in both the US open and Open championship. He didn’t choke in either…and those stakes are higher than anything you or me have ever faced. Yesterday he played like shite but he’s been off for 3 weeks and he was only in that spot because he played one round out of his mind. The Saturday round was the outlier and I think anyone who knows golf realizes that. I don’t know how someone who follows the sport doesn’t see that

Sam failed to overtake the best player in the world who had a 2 shot 54 hole lead on him.

Also, the guy has won several golf tournaments, and put himself in position to contend a few times this year. Failing to win doesn’t mean he’s a choker…he’s just not Tiger or Scottie who seem t get it done almost every time they are in that spot.

Hey pride, how much competitive golf have you played? You talk like you played D1 or competitive Amateur, but I’m guessing not
Is it me or did this NBC broadcast feel like a mariners home broadcast..seems like everything was about what the Mariners need to do to win. Aside from yordan they didn’t really have much good to say about the Astros.
We swing at ball 4 more than any other team I’ve ever seen. Like just put us in a full count and throw it anywhere and we will swing
If there was any doubt that this series was going to be a slumpbuster for the M’s that gets them in gear and challenging for the division…there won’t be after this game. So many missed opportunities
Pena has been cheeks for a few weeks now. I can’t remember the last time he walked. I think we should switch up lead off for a bit
I think if you challenge a pitch and get it right, you should get an additional challenge. These umps still make a ton of mistakes and only being able to get 2 wrong is too limiting
What a pathetic effort since the 2nd inning. Just take BA out back and end it. Dude cannot be trusted in any leverage situation
Somehow the giants look like a team grinding and hustling trying to claw into the playoffs and we look like a team 20 games under 500 who is ready for the offseason. Not sure if the terrible manager or lack of clubhouse leader is to blame.
It’s like there is no game plan for any pitcher or any adjustment. This guy has a terrible fastball so it’s gonna be change ups and off speed yet we seem completely off balance with the offspeed..insane
You can’t blame the new guy for not challenging…blame the ump for missing it. We should bury this team with the pitching mismatch, but instead we will probably strand 10+ and take a squeaker into the late innings
Man this is two straight days of abysmal ABs. Just swinging at everything blindly
I can’t remember the last time we hit the ball oppo without it being sliced on a late swing. Every guy up there is trying to pull everything and they just pitch us away and watch us fail.
