I think these 2 relate to the theft of Nancy's laptop and then IIRC a protestor took an envelope off of Nancy's desk because he bled on it (finger was cut from the mostly peaceful protest) and he didn't want to leave DNA behind.

Apparently not. They didn't try to overthrow the government... they actually did overthrow the Seattle government. And nothing was done about it..in terms of punishment. I don't even think that local FBI station investigated them.
Sedition seems to only be sedition when a few right wingers riot.
