But in the post I asked that question was in reference to a poster who said a cop mistakenly pulled his gun instead of his tazer, and shot the perp in the head. Meaning he was actually aiming for the guy's head.

I was a little flippant with my factual reporting as I was posting purely from memory - there is footage and it is grainy/jerky so that may have contributed to my faulty visual image. Regardless, I'm 95% certain it was the BART officer Johannes Mehserle killing of Oscar Grant on 1/1/2009. Somewhat egregiously, Grant was in custody and cuffed. Mehserle (and I believe him) mistakenly drew his pistol (instead of Taser) and shot Grant in the back. However, under such circumstances, Tasers being what they are, in a bit of a scuffle on the ground, anything could have happened.

Regardless, my apologies for the unnecessary (and inaccurate, my fault) diversion.

Right - not even all men are cut out to be police officers. Virtually no woman is, from a physical standpoint.

Maybe female corrections officers for female prisons, but on the street - who the frick knows what one will encounter?

I don't know what that is, but that'd be a "none" in regards to law enforcement?

How many times did she shoot. I didn't have sound, but it appears she fired more than once, no?

She fired once thinking she was tasing him, and then expressed surprise she has shot him.

Having to register a vehicle is racist.

A poorly trained and panicked female officer pulled weapon instead of tazer. Wouldn't have happened if he would have COMPLIED though, usually the case in all of these scenarios.

I gotta imagine trying to cuff him by the open car door with the car running isn't by the book either

I don’t know details and don’t care.

If you are pulled over for a traffic violation

and you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest

and that warrant is because you had an illegal gun in your possession

And you resist arrest

Bad shite will happen

It’s like going to war

Bad shite will happen including accidental deaths

Friendly fire

Civilians will get killed

If you don’t want that shite to happen

Don’t go to war

Because it will happen

Don’t blame the soldiers that you put in that position

Don’t blame the police for this shite show

The police are not pulling over law abiding citizens that are working and paying their taxes

And killing them

This seems to be the case.

It's not going to end well for her, yelling Taser, Taser, Taser then popping off rounds from her Glock.

Never mind the fact that the taser is bright yellow and the Glock is black, I get the fact that she's focused on the suspect but even if she had glaucoma she should have been able to see the difference.

That aside they don't even feel similar in your hand.

I will be interested in knowing how long she had been an officer, and see her training records. Is she just a body that was thrown on the streets to make up for the mass exodus of retirement age veterans leaving because of the current climate on LEO's. IDK but it will be interesting to learn the facts.

Based on where her arms are and angle of the camera I would be surprised if she isn't well under 5' tall. Totally useless. Should be fired.

This won’t turn into anything that big.

The CRT people focus on cases that are inflammatory. This case isn’t inflammatory.

No, my experience with law enforcement was interagency. Local, state, and federal, foreign and domestic.

Can we cut to the chase here? What point do you want to discuss?
