The most-advanced civilizations have largely been those there were NOT based in a benign environment and were thus FORCED to innovate.
Homo sapiens EVOLVED in Africa, and Africa was thus the most "benign" environment imaginable for the species. The species HAD to innovate elsewhere, due to the less-benign environments.

White people have always been the minority of the world.
In other countries, where white people are the local minority, and the majority is black or brown... those white people are oppressed. They can be raped, beaten or killed...and it not be considered a big deal.
