CNN will cover it now due to Tapper.
This story possibly has the potential (I’ll emphasize “potential”) to effectively crush the Democrats heading into midterms.

Wow pleased the fifth as to if anyone asked him to lie/coverup Biden’s health issues…

Obama's Director of the IRS, refused to answer a Congressional inquiry, & was cited for contempt, and nothing happened.
That’s because Eric Holder was the AG at the time and only person that could enforce the contempt. Congress doesn’t have arrest powers.

Well there you go guys that tells you everything you need to know if they knew Biden was competent or not.

Instead of pleading the 5h couldn't he just say doctor patient privilege?
The first question he was asked was not at all about the president's health and would not fall under that. He was asked if a 3rd party had told him to lie. Nothing close to a medical question. The second was the one you could claim would fall under the doctor patient privilege though.

He could have answered that question without violating doctor-patient privilege or violated any HIPPA requirements.

Yep, he’s presumed guilty now.

contempt of Congress
When Republicans are in charge this is like contempt of birthday cake. Or contempt of lamp. Or contempt of blue plaid socks.
Democrats don’t get a fat flying frick. They know that the Republicans won’t do anything.

Sounds like he has a good lawyer.
He has no other choice than to plead the 5th. If he lies, he commits perjury. If he tells the truth, he has committed malpractice and basically admits he covered up and risked national security. In any case,

Tell that to Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon. They did not comply with subpoenas to testify House Select Committee that investigated January 6, 2021.

Motherfricker looks like an older Ralph Wiggum with glasses. Piece of crap.

The House Select Committee was a sham all along. Nancy Pelosi would not allow the Republicans to choose their own members, so they picked TDS infected Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. I think the chairman was Bennie Thompson, who is as dumb as a rock and as bad as Hank "Guam will sink" Johnson. I'll add that as soon as the Republicans took control, The Dems destroyed exculpatory evidence.

It’s highly likely others told him not to say anything.
Joe was just along for the ride.

If so, he's getting competent legal advice.

Should have kept him there for days making him run up his attorney fees.

This wouldn't be a malpractice issue. Its literally what hes hired to do.
If Dr thinks his patient can harm himself or others, he has a duty to tell. In the case of being POTUS, if Dr saw him as unfit, he would be protected from malpractice. It's literally his job.
