Hard to use the 25th when the committee that was actually running the country covered up the fact that he was not capable.
Then change the Constitution.

Normal criminal laws don't really apply, especially in this gotcha-format that you're attempting.
The issues here are Constitutional, not some state-based criminal statute

No YOU own that you’re hypocrite losers!
YOU FIRST!

YOU FIRST!

Probably because it is starting to come out that Biden was mentally incapacitated during most of his presidency. So even if they asked him whatever.. what he agrees with means nothing.

True.
Then again the Biden’s themselves have had their own welcome to reality check in recent months as to just how expendable old loyal Joe was to The Party after all. So you never know if the Biden’s may be inclined to have a “final word” back for those who had no use for him anymore.
There’s certainly no reason it shouldn’t be pursued. If nothing happens, then that’s what most already felt the outcome would be anyway so what’s to lose?

Not really true. He doesn’t even have to say that.
The opposition would have to prove (like a legitimate medical diagnosis), in court/hearings (which it’ll never get to), that BACK THEN he was mentally incapacitated. And that evidence has to survive legitimate judicial scrutiny.
If you still think this has a chance of actually happening, you might be too stupid to be reasoned with.

Maybe so.
But, I’m fine with seeing what plays out vs. the declarations of some random message board user.

Nothing and I mean nothing is off the table with these fricked up bunch of people. If this plays out to be true. If fricking done with this administration

Sure, someone’s gonna try regardless of whatever we do or say.
My point is really if this story doesn’t have your bullshite detector firing on all cylinders, you should ask yourself why.

That’s great, but will anything be done about it?

Moving forward, use of the auto pen should require video evidence that the president is aware and approves of the use for the particular action.

This is an issue of Constitutionality, not state-based fraud.

"After Power the Future’s review discovered an utter lack of proof that Biden even knew about several major climate actions,"
I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty sure that to prosecute for a crime, you would have to be able to prove the converse...you would need actual proof that he didn't know.

shamefully, this is the right question to ask.
i am trying to believe that all of this information is being compiled, and it will be made public right before the mid-term elections.
however, if history tells us anything....ain't nuthin happening.

As noted, crack a few low level insiders and it could look like Nixon's Watergate investigations on steroids.

I'll won't hold my breath waiting for something to actually be done about it

Surely the autopen has a date/time recorder , anything signed before 10 am or after 4 pm should be investigated.
