I completely understand that different documents can carry varying amounts of weight behind them. What you don't seem to understand is that we can't know what someone comprehends before they sign it? So who gives a frick what format it was done in.

.. so chew on this a bit will you ...
On Dec. 21, 2024 Congress passed the Social Security Fairness Act and was set to be signed by Biden.

... on January 5, 2025 (late Sunday) Biden signs the bill into law

... but the thing is --- why the gap between the time Congress passed the bill to be sent to Biden. To the date Biden actually signs the thing?
... 16 days
So now you have to minus out 2 Sundays and 2 holidays ,and that makes 14 days. Plus the day of the actual signing is on a Sunday , which in Congress book, is a NON-BUSINESS DAY, so it would be counted as Jan. 6th
So, if you know anything about Congress, when a bill is sent to the president for signing he signs it and it becomes law. But if the bill sits on his desk without the president's signature WITHOUT HIS SIGNATURE for 10 days, the bill automatically becomes law .
Well they opted for Jan.5th hoping no one would notice.
But the bill had to become law before Jan. 6th because of the electoral college count on the 6th that certified Trump as president.
This bill was on his desk at the same time those 50 other bills were being signed on Christmas Eve. You remember one of them was that bill that Paris Hilton sponsored. Was she the distraction?
Also, all those drone stories --' was this a distraction so you would not do the math?
Chew on that for a while.
1000x100% correct

Just like Biden's dementia was "conspiracy theory," and countless videos blatantly documenting it were, "cheap fakes,' right? Pussy.

Speaker of The House Mike Johnson said Biden told him he didn't sign the LNG order.
As I recall, Johnson didn't publicly reveal this conversation until about a year later. Why?
You know why..... Johnson is an embarrassment to Louisiana and to everything he should stand for. He is a scummy, cowardly, swamp, pos.

"Criminal evidence of referrals" sounds more like fan fic fueled by hopium (the proverbial "shiny object")
We all know holding Democrats and the Biden Admin to account for their lies, unethical behavior and fraud, to the benefit of the Trump Admin, just infuriates you and hurts your little TDS twat.
Sorry not sorry, bitch! Keep simping for leftists and Democrats on here daily, Mr. "True conservative."

It's wrong for staffers to make policy decisions of any consequence that the President is unaware of. It is doubly wrong that they impersonated the President and exercised his authority when he was so senile that he got lost in his own closet.

When did staffers make policy decisions? Which staffer did this?

that’s what the investigation would try to figure out. We know Biden’s signature was placed onto lots of documents. We also know that Biden did not have the capacity to understand what he was signing, which in every jurisdiction in this country can vitiate the validity. Everyone should want to know this info. You’ve been fighting against it all day. Posted on 6/2/25 at 4:27 pm to BBONDS25
You don't just launch investigations without evidence of a staffer doing such.
By your logic, we should investigate Trump's use of the autopen because Steven Miller may have lied to him.

Res Ipsa. Look it up. We know Biden didn’t have capacity and we know his signature was still being placed on documents.

Wrong. We know Biden was demented…..this is t difficult to grasp. From a legal standpoint…there is a huge distinction.

You can't be this obtuse.
Like, all you have it do is go to google.com and type in "trump use of autopen". Every fricking link explains that all recent presidents have used it.

Oh, well if Google says so then I guess you're right.

Just because you keep saying "we know" doesn't make your argument any more persuasive. That needs to happen with evidence he shouldn't have signed something, which you never seem to have.

This is actually bigger than watergate. This is a huge scandal.
Only people who don't think this is a big deal are democrats being tribal.

Google is an aggregator or pages that you can search. The link you click on in Google would "say so". I'd recommend trying a few different ones, in order to come to a well-rounded conclusion.
