after he retired, he kept it in his desk
if he had left his checkbook laying around, and one day i wrote myself a check unbeknownst to him, rubber stamped his signature, and took it to the bank and cashed it, would i be guilty of anything?
and if so, how is it different from someone using Biden’s autopen without his knowledge?

This has been looked into. The autopen is used to sign mass bulk letters/Christmas Cards. Trump signs his own letters he has said.

Would you have the same qualm if he signed with an electronic signature? Or does it have to be wet? How many witnesses are needed? Should we do a breathalyzer and hair sample to make sure they aren't under the influence?
