This looks like the right track.

Shouldn’t be hard at all. Have a forensic examiner match signatures to autopen and live signature.

When you’re impersonating the president, when you’re impacting the war in Ukraine, because, like I said, when you ban the export of liquid natural gas — what we did was we forced Russia to sell more natural gas to the Turks, to the South Koreans, to other countries who just ignored the ban of Russian fossil fuels. And then the French and the Germans and the Italians just bought it from mediatories, right? So, we impacted wars. People died as a result of this, quite literally. So there is no hiding behind presidential privilege. There is no saying, ‘Well, I was working for the president, and you can’t subpoena me.’ These are really criminal, criminal, allegedly criminal acts that are worthy of investigation. You can’t act in Persona Presidente, right? You can’t commandeer the president’s autopen and put forward policies.

That’s great, but will anything be done about it?

So it's ok for someone/people to act like they are the president?
Mike Johnson said he asked Biden why he shut down offshore drilling and Biden said he didn't do that. So who did?

I thought this thread was about the entire 2020 election and the subsequent actions by Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Jane Harman as relating to the J6 crimes
The theft of the government by a foreign power is the crime regardless of the pardons. Also important, the pardons and all of the autopen case is massive. Important because it may lead to the bigger crimes perpetrated against the American people.
The crime of wresting conrtrol over the presidential administration of the USA, taking control of the US military, the US foreign policy, US immigration policy and operations (hello weasel Mayorkas, weasel Blinken, weasel Garland) is what must be investigated exhaustively after the pipe bomb, the Babbit hoax, the autopen
and subsequent crimes discovered
these people destroyed evidence that belonged to the American people

I don’t think that would be okay as that’s fraud. He is supposed to be signing anything official, not some random geek in his administration with an autopen. There’s also the fact that he has dementia so how would he know? He doesn’t even know when his son died.

this only shows the weakness of our governmental oversight and appropriate control measures to guard against todays would be attackers
they have not gone away - they are only laying low for now

Transparency is fine.
"Criminal evidence of referrals" sounds more like fan fic fueled by hopium (the proverbial "shiny object")

I don't even think this is an actual rule.
Could it be? Theoretically, but it's unlikely.

That's an entirely different subject, and the specific remedy there is impeachment-removal or the 25th

This is how we know nothing will happen. If they had launched a criminal investigation on Day One of Trump 2.0, there might have been a chance. Offer a deal to the first of these people who was willing to testify against the others.
Now, there's been too much time to coordinate their responses. Washington Republicans should be renamed the Washington Generals---the team that always lost to the Harlem Globtrotters.

Don’t forget it would have to be proof *at the time*, totally putting aside it’s really unlikely Biden would actually get such a diagnosis even today.
These are the kind of stories that give social media influencers something to do and reasonable people totally ignore.

As I recall, Johnson didn't publicly reveal this conversation until about a year later. Why?

Hard to use the 25th when the committee that was actually running the country covered up the fact that he was not capable.

The "proof" is a legal finding that Joseph Biden was mentally unfit for his own classified documents trial.
Joseph Biden was given a pass of heinous crimes- he was so mentally declined.
