What is the fight today? It seems to include every thing under the sun.

The only people I remember fighting the man were dirty hippies. Maybe I missed something.

I've said this before, but the one redeeming quality of the Left used to be that they would stand up against "The Man." They were right to protest Lyndon Johnson's phony war in SE Asia, and 40 years later they were right to call George W. Bush and Dick Cheney war criminals for going to war with Iraq over a lie.

But in the past 20 years the Left has transitioned from PROTESTING THE MAN to PROTECTING THE MAN. They were hoodwinked by all of the lies by the corrupt, bought-and-paid-for corporate media about Obama, and now they blindly support the corrupt Political Establishment and Globalism, all the while believing every lie about Trump, even though those lies have been debunked over time.

Sad to see.

Well, they became the man and have absolutely embraced it.

For the logical man in today's America?

It seems like all ages and races of men, regardless of attention to politics, are essentially fighting against the delusions of middle aged white women and black females of every age.

You can essentially boil down every problem to suicidal empathy and gullibility from white women, or entitlement and envy from black women.

Just a few things here and there.

Patty Hearst

The underground

AI Overview The 1960s underground was a vibrant countercultural movement characterized by radical, anti-establishment, and alternative publications that challenged mainstream media, politics, and social norms. Centered on youth activism, anti-war sentiment, and psychedelia, this scene thrived through independent newspapers and networks, providing a voice for the New Left and hippie subcultures

The Man has thrown them some baubles to fight for: queer marriage, abortion, transgender rights, climate change, immigration, etc. The Man is using the idiots that buy into what The Man's media tells them as pawns.

This is what I had in my head about this discussion. It seems the left just keeps piling up the reasons but never seem to find real answers to the 'made' issues.

And then the Man was black (Hussein Obama) and still his people complained about the man.

One thing the two party system has definitely achieved is redirecting cynicism towards our political elect toward "the other guys".

Current Trump-worship and recent Obama-worship are perfect examples.

Stoopid hippies. How many people depend on The Man for jobs, benefits, retirement. Just about everyone we know.

What “man” did boomers even have to fight before they became the man themselves

“This guy that lived through the depression and went to ww2 says I shouldn’t vote for gay marriage and illegal immigration I’m gonna stick it to him!”
