As for teacher pay, slash the Administrative HQ weight (State and local) and redirect those monies

Nationalize the Teacher's unions and use those assets to serve 'poor starving students' Teachers work for the government - we don't need a private org that funnels all its income to the DEM party fo dforce the government to protect government workers from the government.
