I am against surrogacy, both in concept and in practice. Gays do NOT have the "right" to just bring new life into existence because they refuse to use their parts as intended.
Developmentally, nothing compares in importance to the sacred bond between the mother and the child in the first several years of the child's life. Surrogacy almost necessarily implies that life will be created and then denied this bond.
This practice should be illegal everywhere.

Reminds me of the Biblical story of the 2 moms fighting over a baby and King Solomon ordered the baby be cut in half and the real mother said let the other mother have him , but just dont kill him. And was rewarded with her baby.
This is similar, judge should give the baby to the mom that didn’t want to kill it. Case closed. Nothing else matters.

Yet the old "my body, my choice" does not apply when it is used to actually save a child's life....sad where we have come to in this society.
