This is 100% false. She has Alameda, Napa, Sonoma, and San Mateo counties all going for Trump? Yes, there are conservative people in those places - more than people think. But, the majority is definitely Democrat in every election. Anyone who knows anything about local politics in the SF Bay Area knows that.
