And was admitted to the Bar in October 2011, is there any explanation other than multiple failed Bar Exams?

Asking in relation to Louise Hines Myers.

Could have taken/passed the bar in another state before being admitted in Louisiana. Also, could have done a judicial clerkship for a year following graduation (those jobs don't require admission to the state bar; just a J.D.).

Sure. First, if they were admitted in October they sat for the bar exam in July.

They could have taken the bar in other states first. There could have been illnesses or accidents preventing them from sitting for the bar (which is three days of essay exams, or it was when I took it in 95). They could have taken a non-legal job first, then decided to sit for the bar.

Or they may have failed. But there are plenty of explanations for this.

No. Worked in EBR DAs office right out of law school.

Also, it really shouldnt matter if they failed an exam in 2010. My LSU Law grades were fine but I questioned firms asking me 10 plus years later for transcripts, that has nothing to do with my ability today.

I had a cousin who graduated LSU law, then went straight to USC for a masters before coming back to Louisiana and taking the bar exam.

Normally, you graduate in May and take the first bar exam offered after graduation in July. If you pass, then by the time you are officially admitted, it is October.

So, this person is one year late. She could have take the bar exam up to two extra times.

This girl went straight from LSU law school to the DA office. She was an "investigator" or "clerk" with the DAs office until 18 months later when she passed the Bar and became a prosecutor in the same office. Safe to say that doesn't make sense unless she failed once or more likely twice. Correct?

Is this a hit post? Why don't you just smear her and drop the pretense.

Most likely. It's possible that she waited to take the bar exam, but almost everyone takes it in July following graduation in May. If they pass, they are admitted in October of the year they graduated law school.

I would bet she failed/conditioned once. Some peope don't like the February? exam because of the timing and wait until July to re take it.

I was a Spring tester the year after graduation because I had a job and they needed me for trials that summer. Going to the third test after graduation would require something like an amazing internship that started immediately. I think even clerkships require a license

Why does it matter? She graduated with a JD, passed the Bar and has been a practicing atty since.
