You did the correct thing. While anaphylaxis was not really a concern that far removed, a serious infection with a slight chance of becoming septic was. But, you shouldnt have been surprised by not being allowed in to the ER.

Agreed. Hospitals, doctor offices, clinics are the germiest places there are. Found out yesterday a wife's friend and her husband tested positive. She claimed the only contact with people over the last two weeks was at a doctor's office when they had to go in for other medical reasons. They are both in their upper 70s and both in the hospital with him being in worse shape than she is.

Thank you. The doctors thought I did the right thing as well.
I wasn't surprised I wan't allowed in the ER, especially the treatment room.
I wasn't allowed in the building. That did surprise me.
It didn't anger me.
