Roe v Wade was bad law. Everyone knew it. The left always overplays their hand. Instead to doing things the right way through legislation they use the courts to legislate.

Is abortion really the MOST important thing to you? Because the republicans have put it in front of EVERYTHING else.

Do you believe those that want to murder their babies so fervently were ever going to vote Trump?

OK dummy.

By our founders federalist intentions, abortion is where every issue that isn't in the Constitution was supposed to be.... with the states and localities.

You already replied to me one time but no they haven't. Trump has gotten abortion where it was supposed to be. Trump has only talked about open border and murder of citizens by migrants and the economy.

They have a problem with accountability because they know they can’t keep their legs closed. If it’s that important to them they should move to a state that doesn’t have a problem with killing babies

Even Ginsburg, lefty SC savior, said it should be a states rights issue and not in the federal level.

The killing of innocents is never a good thing and is a large reason for the downfall of the US. I don't care how much lipstick you put on that pig (women's health, rape, rare, etc.).

This.

The wackos act as if they were walking down the street and are suddenly magically preggers through nothing they did, this baby is the flu.

What happened to women's liberation with the pill? Take the pill sluts then you don't need to kill 1 million babies a year.

You’re missing the point. I agree it should be with the states. I agree roe was unconstitutional. But it kicked a hornets nest with a huge voting block and was NOT worth it.

Please explain the "nuance" of a dead baby to me.

I'll give it a shot. But your ask is not an accurate description of the discussion.

Nuances of the subject of Abortion:

1. When does life begin?
2. When is it considered murder?
3. How does the mother's health/life get evaluated?
4. Is rape and incest covered in the legislation?
5. Is the mother or the doctor responsible for said murder?
6. Laws regarding IVF?

And plenty more. I'm no fan of abortion, but I'm smart enough to realize that there are nuances to be addressed, and those (on both sides) that aren't willing to discuss them are lacking in the desire to come to a workable compromise.

This is the case with most issues.

Do you find yourself willing to discuss nuances, or just pushing "your side" of a particular subject?

Never should have woke that sleeping dog.

If Trump loses and the country falls, it will be because of the Roe reversal.

It’s the Democrat voters who use abortion as birth control. I’m to the point of encouraging abortions. Why would we want such an evil enemy to strengthen their numbers???? Let them abort their future government dependent left wing lunatics.

There are now more abortions than there was when Roe v Wade was still a thing.

The Supreme Court made logical ruling based on a sound interpretation of the Constitution.
The federal government should not be dictation nation social issues. All legislation should have a legal basis clearly defined in the Constitution.
Since clear basis for Roe v Wade in the Constitution, the Supreme Court correctly left this matter up to the individual states.
If the blue states want abortion on demand right up to birth then so be it.
If the more conservation states prefer restrictions on abortion (which I consider the more responsible course) then they should have the right to do so.
Abortion right up to the birth of the child is murder of the baby no matter how you spin it. In dire medical circumstances during birth, medical practitioners should do what the can to preserve the life of the mother and the children.

I have no sympathy for a woman who has to take a trip out of state to get an abortion when she can stay at her own house and take a birth control pill.

quote:

About 7 out of 100 women who take birth control pills get pregnant each year. This is because the pill is only 93% effective in real life, due to people forgetting to take pills or taking them irregularly. If taken perfectly, the pill is 99% effective.

As an actual pro-life conservative, I'd rather the country die than become the abortion factory it is becoming. Abortion is a hill I'm prepared to die on.

Life begins at conception. Or at least it should for the Big Bang theory crowd.

Murder after 8 weeks IMO but could be swayed to a bit further out.

A doctor evaluates the health of the mother

Rapes should be addressed the day or so after with the abortion pill. Abortions after rape at 20 weeks is ridiculous. Take care of it ASAP.

The doctor should be charged with murder and the mother as an accomplice if there are abortion murder laws.

IVF should be allowed.

It was not a mistake because it overturned a terrible judicial decision. It was the right thing to do. Now, does it make elections more challenging for the right? Probably. Just depends on what doing the right thing is worth to you.

Yea, they want to kill babies, but also support local businesses. It's a Chamber of Commerce issue.

Dumb arse brainwashed "feminists" have been convinced abortion is the most fundamental right a woman can have... and it's literally ALL the Democrats can run on. They are fricked if they stick to their actual policy of the last four years. In my experience, there are still a shite ton of pro-life women out there, and minority women seem to be largely against abortion. Most of those pro-abortion rallies are white chicks up in arms about it. I don't think it is nearly as big a boost for Democrats as they try to claim it is, when they pull election fraud shenanigans and use it a lie as to how the final vote tallies came out. See the 2022 mid-terms.

People, including mothers, give a shite about the economy and being able to afford to support their families; and they don't want open borders and all our tax dollars coddling illegals when American citizens are struggling. Those are the main issues that will decide the election and they are both losing issues for the Dems. Millions of millions of people are well aware their lives were better under Trump (before COVID hit) than they are under Biden and Kackles.
