Yeah. If they can do the job, why not?

You can easily put it that way. Even if there were no outward mental issues would that person make an effort to get along with the average heterosexual? Many of them are lazy self loathing jackasses who are just waiting for some reason to start a lawsuit.

How about doing the job without creating tension in the workforce and not starting a lawsuit for personal gain?

But they can't. They won't. Doing the job is not the reason they are there.

No the question is, do they fit that description, the rest is a mute point.

Maybe it is isn’t because they were trannies but was because they were in useless positions or very bad at their jobs.

saw an interview where he claimed that he is a great lover because he only "climaxes every three months"

So his wife gives it up more than usual in a marriage.

This is true.

If they are the best available, then you take them.

That is what meritocracy is.

“The only option we have left is prostitution ... and I don’t see myself standing on a corner, getting cold, enduring violence,” Salva, 43, said. “This government is unaware of all that has been built to make us feel included.”

Wow, that is stunning. Either working for the Foreign Ministry or back to sucking d!cks on a street corner. Makes me wonder what the job qualifications of working in the Foreign Ministry are.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created EQUAL

No quotas, no set asides, no preferential treatment in the word equal.

I'd go with this. I remember growing up in Vegas and you'd here about one getting beat up. Everyone knew it was a prostitution or drug deal gone bad. They weren't able to function at normal jobs

A quota law in Argentina that promoted the inclusion of transgender people in the work force — unprecedented in Latin America except in neighboring Uruguay — pulled her from the capital’s street corners into the Foreign Ministry last year. Yet just months after Salva got her first paycheck, right-wing President Javier Milei entered office and began slashing public spending as part of his state overhaul to solve Argentina’s worst economic crisis in two decades. Abruptly fired in a wave of government layoffs, Salva said her world began to unravel.

Why couldn’t this individual get a job without needing a government mandate?

We had three opportunities with Ron Paul twice and Rand Paul once. Then there is the Libertarian or Constitution candidates every cycle as well. The problem here is the 'wasted' vote clowns that tell you to have to vote for Romney, McCain, Bush, or Trump or else someone worse will win.
