China does not want on head on war. theirs will be an indirect war.

1) steal our tech/IP
2) ferment unrest (support BLM/ANTIFA)
3) currency manipulation/trade imbalance
4) buy off our politicians into getting favorable support
5) buy support on from UN
6) support virus fear in the US so we kill ourselves economically

I'm not really familiar with the reliability of our countermeasures. China has around 300 nukes. I guess they have the ability to deliver all of them. What percent could we stop from hitting us? Even if 10% hit their targets that would absolutely devastating.

I'm not nearly as concerned with China as I am the traitors in our federal government who built that struggling country into a world superpower.....many of those politicians and corporations are still wielding influence in foreign policy decisions today.....pure Swamp.

Personally, I'm not afraid that we'd lose to them,

Me neither. Sounds like perhaps 1 small nuclear weapon into the 3 Gorges Dam would take almost 25% of the population with it downstream and remove about 10-11% of the entire china energy output.

That's just 1 small tactical nuke. I'd say we stand a pretty good chance.

our soldiers and Marines have been fighting nonstop for 19 years.

This is an advantage for us. More experience while most of China’s troops haven’t seen live battle.

About the only positive of our perpetual wars and global policing is our troops are very well trained and experienced in battle

There won't be a "war" with a country that currently owns the majority of our Politicians and 99% of our media.

In 2020 we might have the ability to fight a war with china but certainly dont have the stomach for it. Itd be a meat grinder.

Honest question - What would be the benefits to either country of a full scale war?

China needs the US market and US agriculture, right?

While the US could theoretically wean ourselves off of Chinese manufacturing, it would take some time and a willingness to pay more.

Not sure what would be gained from war.

Going to war with any nuclear power scares me especially one that doesnt seem to value the lives of their own citizens much less ours.

Agreed. I suspect China has built many underground cities in order to have a survival small percentage of their population live during war or catastrophe.

They need a set number of slaves to rebuild.

In general, they do not care about most of their population.

quote:

The Underground City (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Dìxià Chéng) is a Cold War era bomb shelter consisting of a network of tunnels located beneath Beijing, China. It has also been referred to as the Underground Great Wall since it was built for the purpose of military defense.

quote:

Now when night falls, more than a million people—mostly migrant workers and students from rural areas—vanish from Beijing’s bustling streets into the underground universe, little known to the world above.

We'd buttfrick China worse than a Ron Jeremy porn flick.

What are they gonna do? Invade us with their million man army?

Guess what? We'll counter that with a 70 million man civilian counter strike. Plus how they gonna get them here? On ships we'll sink before they're out of Chinese waters? By planes we'll shoot out of the sky piloted by a pimple faced geek sitting in a South Florida bunker?

Bitch please.

And their 300 nukes? They can barely make a fricking electric drill consistently work.

Their only choice is an EMP of which there is a good chance we'll shoot it off the sky as soon as it lifts off.

We're already at unconventional war with China. They've killed 150 THOUSAND of our citizens.

We're currently seeding clouds hoping that dam breaks.

They're openly trying to foil our election.

We're already at war, they just haven't openly told us yet.

We have been at war with Red China since October 1950. They swarmed into North Korea and damn near into the sea. They were a key player in Vietnam. Trade War, endless list of actions against us. But they make shoes for the NBA, so all is forgiven by the Uni-Party!

This!

As Sun Tzu would teach -- the best kind of waging of war is the kind of war in which your enemy doesn't even realize that he is at war.
