Are our naval forces prepared for this?

China has developed long range, super sonic anti-ship missiles that have a much greater range than our harpoon missiles as well as anything in our current arsenal for over the horizon anti-ship weaponry. Our super carriers are sitting ducks as we can't deploy until we are well within OUR range. Do we have anything in our closet or in development to neutralize or equalize this threat?

WTF would China or any serious adversary who is willing to employ weaponry such as nuclear, or that described by the OP, waste time and money on what has now become an obsolete form of bravado warfare. Hell, Covid/Bio Warfare is now the cutting edge; just sneak it in, call it a 'natural variant', and get ready to move in to undestroyed and virtually depopulated areas.
Seriously, other than to admire the fireworks display or make some people rich, warfare has entered a new era. Would normally like to think that is likely why Biden left all that military hardware in Afghanistan; it's worthless in the new age of Bio-Warfare...but that dude and his Woke Adm. are so naïve and delusional, they just blew it. Or strategically employed to further bring down US being the World's Superpower; which is most likely.

When you mention supersonic missiles, I think you mean hypersonic missiles. It is these hypersonic missiles that US Harpoon missiles compare unfavorably to.
Your link is to an article about anti-ship ballistic missiles. These are the so-called "carrier killer" missiles. As they are ballistic missiles, they fly to very high altitudes and follow a ballistic trajectory. This is really a completely different creature than a normal anti-ship missile like the Harpoon.
Ballistic missiles have generally been used to hit fixed targets. Targeting and hitting a moving carrier, which despite its size is a speck in the ocean, with a ballistic missile is no easy task. Anti-ship ballistic missiles could turn out to be worthless or they could make super carriers obsolete.

Chinee weapons? Some work when they are new, many are duds. After a year not many work. US military contractors had the same problem during the Vietnam conflict. Many Sidewinder air to air missiles failed when F-4 pilots pressed the fire button. I would estimate that the chinee are at least 30 years in reliability to the US. How much Chinee stuff you buy breaks down soon after you buy it?

It really does not matter. The US and China rely on each other. We wont be in a physical conflict with them anytime soon. This is an economic war!

I mean yes and no. It's definitely a new age of warfare. But they're still very much blowing shite up and wrecking stuff like a traditional warzone. It's just much more dangerous , wider areas for battles, and farther removed from us
