Americans were promised the Hart-Celler Act wouldn't significantly alter US demographics

I conducted a little research on this revolutionary bill and was surprised to learn yet again Americans were outright lied to back in 1965 as both Johnson and Kennedy assured skeptics that the bill would not significantly alter the nation's demographics or fundamentally uproot American culture.

Boy were those two fricking off brand dipshits catastrophically wrong. And how stupid were our grandparents to buy that tripe...

61 years later the foreign born population grew from 9.6 million (mostly European-born) to 45 million (mostly third worldians) and our culture mostly consists of Neanderthals treating our nation like it's GTA5 while waving foreign flags, sucking our welfare system dry, electing fellow goat fricking communists to run their shithole cities and lecturing you on why America should be run like Haiti...

I just wish all parties involved could have lived long enough to see the monster they created.

They lied straight up. Dilution of the white population was the whole point of Hart-Celler. Its a playbook they’ve used many times.

No, of course that wont happen..

Well it happened but its not bad.

Its fantastic that it happened. What’s your problem? Are you a *insert something here*ist?

Ted Kennedy lived all the way to 2009, he definitely saw it.

If you jump in the wayback machine a few more times, I think you'll find that FDR claimed that Social Security would never be more than 3% of the Federal Budget and that Woodrow Wilson claimed that only the very wealthiest Americans will ever pay income taxes.

And let's not forget: "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. Period. End of Discussion."

LBJ changed our country forever and people had no idea what he was really doing back in the 60s. Worst president in the history of this country and it’s not even close.

They could not care less about the monster that supersedes their lifetime, only that the masses bought the lies to empower them while living.

Illegal Immigration has been a bipartisan effort. Republicans are just as culpable over the last 45 years. Neither side really wants to stop Illegal Immigration. It’s a very simple fix if they really wanted to.

They’d be quite proud.

They’d weren’t wrong or dipshits. They simply were liars. They knew what opening the flood gates would do. Especially that POS Johnson.

Never trust a Democrat.

It was true then. It remains true today.

You see Neanderthals, but the Democrats see voters
