No way this can be the actress Rachel McAdams. She would be canceled for the next 100 years. 
This woman is simply telling the truth, though, and we all know it. Even the phony, virtue-signaling left-wing loons like 4cubbies know it's true. The data is OVERWHELMING.

I imagine you are right that they are trying to imply that.
I imagine that it's something like 2% of all blacks killed are killed by Whites, 97% of all blacks are killed by blacks...
The 81% makes Zero sense.
Per 2019 numbers:
89% of Blacks killed by Blacks.
79% of Whites killed by Whites.
17% of Whites killed by Blacks.
8% of Blacks killed by Whites.

The entire American suburban real estate market is predicated on distancing peoples families from these issues while staying close enough to major cities for work.
American murder rates absent that demographic are roughly consistent with some European nations and that's even with mass immigration from central and south American included (and falsely labeled as "white").
Schools, etc... it goes on and on.
This has been placated and politely ignored for two and a half generations but its got to be addressed by people with good intentions or its going to be channeled into a point of rage by people with bad intentions.
