Yes, its Trump's fault he forced a mentally ill person on the Georgia electorate. In your little TWS pea brain has Trump ever screwed up? Made a bad decision? Trump's record of hiring people is abysmal and well documented but here you are white knighting for him like the good little sycophant you are.

This is the "but Biden!!!" deflection. Of course Ossoff is awful but that doesn't excuse Herschel Walker being an absolutely horrible choice who was forced on us by Trump. At what point does Trump decide to just sit out of Georgia and quit meddling here? He has been a total failure. Trump desperately tried to get Kemp ousted and failed miserably at that also. When is enough enough?

I think we are 6th or 7th in most Illegal Immigrants in the nation. Someone has been doing a bad job at that also.

On the off chance anyone is voting todaVy and is conflicted:

Jen Jordan and Miracle Ranking are Plaintiff's lawyers. Fringe left Plaintiff's lawyers. They are also corrupt and Jen Jordan is a genuinely bad human being.

There is a reason that Democrat lawyers who practice before the GA Supreme Court are overwhelmingly supporting Bethel and Warren. Many Atlanta left-leaning litigators are coming out and saying the same.

It's a massive election of significant importance and Sarah Warren and Charlie Bethel are both quality people and jurists while their challengers are, candidly, awful.

It's sad to see Georgia moving towards becoming a blue state. If early voting turnout is any indication, it's going to be ugly there for awhile.

Heard Kelvin & his wife on conservative talk radio. Both are very impressive.

Vernon is a chameleon who’ll say whatever he needs to stay in power.

You'd likely be amazed at how quickly Georgia's recent status as a sWiNg sTaTe goes gone with the wind when we get rid of the entrenched frickery that is a feature, not a bug, of our election systems.

Great breakdown and almost exactly what my own research turned up. I would only suggest casting your vote for Hobbs over Cowan. Cowan is a power hungry slimeball (but still better than any lib). My concern with Hobbs is that he seems a little out of his depth, but he's 100% sincere.

My congressman, Barry Loudermilk, is retiring so we will be selecting a new candidate today. Honestly, most of these people look and sound goofy. Pridemore looks and sounds like a psycho. I will vote for Cowan, the neurosurgeon. I don't like some things about him and he talks in a high pitched voice but he looks and sounds the most normal. Alternatively, I will probably support Hobbs.

Rob Adkerson is Loudermilk's Chief of Staff, and his hand-picked successor.

Here's his Bio page.

Loudermilk is my Congressman, too, and has been incredibly effective in the fight to get justice for the J6 political prisoners. I have to believe that a lot of that is rubbing off on Adkerson, hence the endorsement.

I'm going with Adkerson in the primary, but there will invariably be a runoff here, too.

I voted for Jackson. He’s the only one that addressed the property tax issue until a week ago when Jones started running ads saying he would eliminate property taxes in what seems like a desperation move because he doesn’t even mention property taxes on his website.

Property taxes are a powder keg issue that is growing rapidly not just in Georgia but across the country. It’s straight up theft and it’s being used to force people to sell their homes. Jackson made it a big part of his campaign and he’ll win unless Dominion decides otherwise which very well may happen. He’s a threat to the good ole boy system and a threat to keeping Dominion voting machines in place.

Jones is a crooked politician even though he has done some good things but that can be said for most everyone you’ve described in each race. Georgia is full of crooked politicians. Ratfricker and Sterling should be in jail. Kemp is a crooked piece of shite who sold our state out to the globalists by allowing Dominion to run our elections in exchange for guaranteeing his election. He should be in jail as well. This state is deep red outside of corrupt Atlanta and a small pocket or two here and there yet we have two demoRats as senators because of Kemp and Dominion.

There have been so many illegals dumped in Georgia that ICE could spend a year in the Chamblee to Gainesville corridor rounding people up by the thousands per day and still have plenty left over. It’s ridiculous what’s gone on in Georgia. Millions from all over the world dumped into that area.

I agree with everything in your post with the exception of supporting Jackson and that Jones only recently supported property tax reform.

From Grok:

quote:

It is not new—Burt Jones has advocated for property tax reform (including caps on assessment increases for predictability and relief) consistently as Lieutenant Governor since at least 2023–2024, well before his 2026 gubernatorial campaign intensified.

ltgov.georgia.gov

Key Timeline2024 (and earlier efforts): As Lt. Governor (and Senate President), Jones prioritized property tax reform. In March 2024, the Senate passed his priority bill, House Bill 581 ("Save Our Homes Act"), which aimed to limit year-over-year property tax increases, reform appeals, and increase transparency. He publicly highlighted this as part of ongoing efforts to lower costs for families.

ltgov.georgia.gov

2023–2025: Jones and the Senate repeatedly advanced similar legislation (e.g., Senate Bill 349 in 2024 passed 42-7 but didn't fully clear the House). He has described this as work spanning multiple years to address rising assessments and provide homeowners more predictability.

ltgov.georgia.gov

Early 2026 (pre-primary campaign push): In January 2026, he announced property tax reform as a legislative priority again, referencing efforts "over the past three years." The Senate passed related measures (e.g., SB 382), and he touted caps (e.g., limiting assessed value increases to 3% or inflation, removing local opt-outs). By April 2026, he highlighted a passed cap as a win.

ltgov.georgia.gov

Campaign context (2025–2026): His gubernatorial site and materials emphasize income tax cuts (e.g., repeated reductions, path toward elimination) as a core promise, with property tax relief framed as part of broader "tax relief" and cost-lowering efforts. Recent ads and statements escalate rhetoric (e.g., "won't stop until [property taxes are] eliminated"), but this builds on his legislative record rather than introducing a new plank. Opponents (e.g., in the primary) have criticized the scope or effectiveness of what passed.

ballotpedia.org

In short, lowering/controlling property taxes via reform/caps has been a recurring legislative priority under his Senate leadership for years. The gubernatorial campaign amplifies it (alongside income tax elimination) for voter appeal amid affordability concerns, but it is a continuation, not a late addition. Local governments primarily control property taxes (with state-level caps or reforms providing limits), which is why his focus has been on predictability and assessment caps rather than full elimination at the state level.

The work he's done through the Senate stalled in the state House. That's not Jones' fault.

It's also worth mentioning that Jones wants to eliminate the state income tax completely, while Jackson merely wants to cut it in half. When given the choice of half of a hot poker shoved up your arse, or NO HOT POKER AT ALL, I'm going for zero hot pokers.

ATLANTA, GA. MAY 19, 2026 – Three Georgia candidates have filed a writ of mandamus petition against Secretary of State (SOS) Brad Raffensperger seeking to force him to perform his duties for the May 19 primary in public as required by law. The petition includes an emergency motionfor a temporary injunction to allow State Election Board members to be present for Election Night results aggregation that occurs at an Emergency Operations Center in a “secret bunker” run by the Georgia Emergency Management Agency. O.C.G.A. § 21-2-406.

The petitioners are 11th District U.S. Congressional candidate Chris Mora of Pickens County, State Senator Greg Dolezal, a Forsyth County resident who is running for Lieutenant Governor, and Keli Gambrill, a Cobb County Commission candidate. They are represented by attorney David Oles.

Their action is bolstered by 14th District U.S. Congressman Clay Fuller who has written a letter to Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil. It requests that he“designate appropriate congressional election observers to monitor all elements of the Secretary of State’s election reporting process, including the Election Night Reporting Room which is currently being closed to members of the State Election Board.” Congressman Fuller’s request was issued pursuant to the Confirmation of Congressional Observers Access Act.52 USC § 21083a.

The candidates filed their action in Fulton County Superior Court, the home of the Georgia state government where all Georgia election matters are required to be filed. Although county courts are supposed to have a judge available for emergencies such as malfunctions that require poll operations to be extended, the assigned Judge Melynee Leftridge indicated she will not be available today and counsel for Secretary Raffensperger has demanded five days to respond. Attorney Oles has indicated he will seek an ex-parte decision from chief judge Ural Glanville since all candidate petitioners will suffer irreparable harm in a delayed decision.

Raffensperger ignored his own conflict of interest as a gubernatorial candidate and instead attacked Senator Dolezal in an 11Alive interview. He claimed: ”…you’d think Senator Dolezal would know that votes are not counted in the Secretary of State’s Emergency Operations Center.” VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito responded: “That is a false argument. Statewide votes are verified, aggregated, and reported from a secret bunker and the secrecy has to stop. This is a federal election and we are requesting immediate DOJ intervention to protect the voting rights of all Georgians and uphold our election laws.”
