Last I looked Tuberville is a graduate of what is now Southern Arkansas University.
Yeah that wasn’t the right way to phrase that. However the whole reason Auburn has the land grant despite being a much smaller school at the time was because they’ve done a good job of maneuvering the in-state political system.

Honestly I’m being more of a smartass than genuine about that. I don’t like Tubby for more substantial reasons as a governor in a way that doesn’t bother me much as a senator. Some transplant using a summer home or property holding in Alabama to qualify for a senate position is whatever. They spend so much time in Washington, what does it matter if he has no particularly deep connection to the state.
I feel differently about gubernatorial seats. I’d rather have a genuine Alabamian in that seat.

Appreciate the reply. He seems that way.
Again, I'm not in AL so I really didn't know what to think. I hope he really is genuine and I hope Alabama gets him as a Senator. If he follows through on his words, he's gonna be a force.
I don't know him personally, but I know quite a few people who do know him personally and they all swear by him. It's good enough for me.

See the Doug Jones stuff mainly in Mnt Brook. He lives around me somewhere and see him at the grocery store occasionally. Dude had a once in a lifetime opportunity to bring conservatism back to the Democratic Party and he fricking blew it.
LOL, why would he do that? He despises everything conservative. He despises this country and it's founding. He despises his own people. He's of the same mindset of those cucks who put "So Sorry" tshirts on their family and had them crying on their knees for photographers. He never would have even sniffed the Senate had it not been for a massive conspiracy between the press and bedwetting Republicans to smear Roy Moore. Mark Twain was right about one thing: a lie is halfway around the world before the truth can even get it's boots on.

this looks great & will be my vote as well - Robertson is a liar using negative campaign ads & some of her claims I KNOW are untrue (unfortunately, I think she will win & I also think Hudson is a low chance to win, but I will vote for him)

Everyone here in Vestavia put up Doug Jones signs overnight.
They're trying to be Mtn Brook....Jones is such a loser on many levels!
He's really great at pandering!!
Hudson should have ran again for Jeffco sheriff, he's not ready for the gauntlet of the senate!! Barry Moore appears to be a total doofus and has Trump's endorsement, lol

Serious question?
Was Jared Hudson the Biden stalking horse that came out of the woodwork during 2024? There was some military guy who claimed to be a lifelong Republican but just could not stomach Trump. Total sham designed to divide the vote.

Complete and total endorsement!

Not in AL but I've been seeing Hudson ads all over IG and he piqued my interest.
Is he for real? It's been difficult to tell these days.
Jared Hudson is the best choice for senator. I believe he will do a great job. Moore is a goob whose wife really runs the show. Steve Marshall would probably be a good senator and I would have voted for him had Jared not gotten into the race.

Don't think so. Hudson has been around the area forever. He got into politics around 2022 I think? He was in law enforcement before that

After watching Tubs stalk the sidelines for years, then his tenure as senator, he's going to be a FORCE in this State! He's doesn't have the gene that allows bullshite to grow without pushback. On inoguration day, there's a new sheriff in town, and this one is cut in the mold of DJT!

I’ve known Rick Pate all my life and he would make a great lieutenant governor. He’s done a great job as the state’s agriculture commissioner and has been farming and ranching since high school. He’s just a good ole country boy.

Agreed. Looking forward to it.

And it's the law, made by the Alabama legislature, so there's that.
Tubby's supporters are just as dumb and/or hypocritical as the runofthemill lib prog. Bringing up the residency issue isn't saying "vote for the Dem". It's saying vote for a Republican that actually lives here.
Some things will never change.

Exactly. It’s a primary and he’s not running uncontested. You don’t have to vote for him even if the national party shite him out upon us.

Sell me on Jared Hudson over Steve Marshall.
I personally think Marshall has done a pretty good job as AG, but I'll admit that I don't know a whole lot about Hudson.

I particularly liked Tuberville standing up to the biden military trying to turn it into an abortion travel agency. They tried to paint him as some anti military person and he held firm.
He will make a great governor, and he will be the next governor.
You bama baws need to get over the fear of the thumb, this is about the state's future not your bruised egos

tubbs unfortunately. not even 100% sure he even lives in this state. pretty sad state of affairs when the vote comes down to a pos like tubbs or some retard that thinks men can have periods and birth children. definitely giving turd vs douche south park episode vibes.

I think you're right.
...but is it confirmed that Tubberville is even a resident of Alabama?
