So, to be leader of the world, a country has to be responsible for everything that happens on the planet? What a dumb comment.
We can be the leader of the world by showing them how to manage their affairs, which we did. It doesn't mean we have to hold the hand of every other country because they are too incompetent to manage themselves.
If that's how you want the US to act, then these countries need to start paying us for our work. The US can't financially and logistically manage every possible issue in the world by ourselves.

Let's see, which of the events occurred during global warming and which during climate change? Also, when different weather conditions occur is it called weather change, changing season, or climate change?

This is the border crossing and not located at 20,000’ up lol. Essentially glacier retreaded (melted) up the valley removing support for wall/rock face triggering glacier failure/landslide.
