This is why Trump will challenge Bidens pardons. He's hoping the judge rules against him. Then he can blanket pardon everyone from that day forward and totally ignore the courts. If the ruling is in his favor, he can prosecute America's enemies.

I think Trump should simply come out tomorrow and say we are no longer recognizing the authority of lower court judges to be able to overturn executive or Congressional Authority. If those judges feel like they are right they are free to appeal to the Supreme Court otherwise they can jam a thumb up their arse
