No wonder JBE won -- all the conservatives are leaving the state because their jobs are in other states. Mighty convenient of The Advocate to start publishing articles like this after the election.

The Advocate

JBE won re-election by 40,341 after 80,000 left the state for work. COINCIDENCE?

At the rate things are going, Louisiana may not even make it to client state status once Texas secedes.

If I were in a position to leave, I’d be looking at Texas, Tennessee, or Florida.

Work and family make that a nonstarter until certain milestones are reached or some people die.

I've said it before on here, but I have been seriously considering relocation within the next 2-3 years out of here. The grass on the other sides of the fence are getting greener and looking better day after day.

That's likely close to 80,000 people the folks who've propped up JBE don't want on a jury. Win-win for them.

Any wonder that these 3 states choose not to tax peoples incomes and how good the quality of life is and the amount of jobs in these 3 states you listed?

When you have a great state like Mississippi right across the river why would you choose to stay in Louisiana? I can't comprehend how only 80,000 people are choosing to enter the pearly gates.

Hopefully most are going to Texas to counter balance the libtards from California moving there

Same here. I will be advising my kids to get out. I'll follow them when I retire.

I probably would have been better off leaving but have managed to make a good living here. I'll likely be in LA until my kid is done with school at this point.

I've already talked to my daughter about her leaving after college.
