Might work at someplace which has an unskilled workforce making above average, as they would be scared of getting as good of a job elsewhere.
Unskilled shite jobs working as a chicken plucker for Tyson? More jobs where that came from and they won't find people to replace the ones fired.
Skilled and certified professionals like doctors, nurses, etc? Those people can already get a premium now to work someplace because there isn't enough staff and the certifications required to get qualified for one of those jobs take multiple years in programs which often have limited spots.

Just read on NBC 17m healthcare workers are not vaccinated, but they can't get around the 100 person rule. If they are medicare or medicaid reimbursed, they fall in.

A pilot can earn a commercial license at 250 hours. Getting up to ATP takes about 2-4 years.
