100% agree. Wtf are they doing?? This is ridiculous, the Dems had destroyed the country with an avalanche of new laws 4 months into bidens stolen election.

This is why they call it the Uniparty.
Republican'ts, republicunts...
They are just controlled opposition.

True. Like having a 4 minute major on a power play and never getting one shot on goal.

Federal judges, placed by Soros, earning their pay.

We don't control both houses.

They need money for facilities to get mass deportations underway. Just one more reasons the rinos are stalling. No reason they couldn’t have past it a month ago. The stall is on purpose.

Clearly you’ve never had to deal with the idiots in Congress before.
Nothing, and I do mean nothing happens fast unless it’s widely popular across both parties or they get paid. Usually both.
6 months is running fast for them

Dick Durbin , #2 Senate Dem, is retiring.
So there’s that.
So there’s that.

Politics has nothing to do with it. Both sides are millionaires off your back. You want change? Kill about a dozen of these leeches and watch them pay attention.

Spending more money is not the answer; it's not working. Cut spending is the answer. Pass laws to end funding. No federal funds for illegal immigrants. No federal funds to states or cities that provide benefits to illegal immigrants. No federal funds to companies that hire illegal immigrants, or universities that give scholarships to illegal immigrants or schools that provide free education, hospitals that provide free care, etc. Give more money only to ICE to facilitate transportation, so they can help illegal immigrants make their way back home immediately.
Trump was right, we're in an economic emergency. The spending has to be fixed first. When dollar downside gets momentum, we're done.

Serious question. How much of this is being directed by Trump/the admin?
He seems to want to put a ton of things into one huge bill to ensure it gets passed, and they seem very cautious about doing too much before that gets passed.

Overall neither group, Drmocrats or Republicans really wants to engage in the legislative process to address things other than the budget and screw around with tax levels inside of a " safe" range. You realize that since Reagan, both sides are arguing over what amounts to about a 6 percentage point spread that then gets absorbed on the upside with increased deduction amounts....which is fine.
But there are other systemic issues that should be addressed like immigration, social security and Medicare that need to have more than just a band-aid placed on them, or being sluffed off to the executive branch.

It’s very disappointing to say the least and maybe we are fricked in the long run after all.
We are fricked. The best we can hope for is to prolong the inevitable downfall, and a Trump administration is as good as we can hope for in that regard. The congress, judiciary and elections are rotten to the core, as well as other institutions. It would take physical revolt to ever purge it and reset it. I’m not advocating for or against that, just stating fact.

Yep. All of the shite they could be doing and no laws passed. Just EOs that’ll disappear like a fart in the wind.
Just like every other time…we get a tax cut but no substantial change to anything else.

Same song as 2016. I suppose they are expending all energy on the tax breaks which is good. They also have even less of a majority than before.

Sounds like you've been watching the Lightning-Panthers series. Tampa did that twice Thursday night.

They should have to submit to annual personal financial public audits. People would lose their shite if they knew how bad we are being grifted.

Pretty much every objective measurement is trending in the wrong direction and has been for quite sometime.
Birth rates.
Obesity/health.
Debt.
Divorce rates/single motherhood rates.
Wealth inequality.
Native population.
Political/racial division/tension.
Crumbling Infrastructure.
Broken/corrupted 4th wing of government.
Public views on communism.
Etc.
Best thing to do is spend the next decade or two moving away from big cities and being as self sufficient as you can be.
We are on the backend of "Good times creates weak men." and whats coming next won't be pretty.
