Uhhh... incentivizing having kids should reduce abortions...
I'm for abortions but do lean towards that the states should decide this.

More like the 14th Amendment has frick all to do with abortions. Regardless of your opinion on abortion, Roe v Wade was a complete bastardization of the Constitution, lazy, and judicial activism at its finest. I'm down for some of my tax dollars going to reform orphanages and shelters. So that unwanted babies can have a decent place to grow up.
My tax dollars went to making the Taliban one of most well armed groups in the world. I'd rather it go to making parentless kids live a better life.

More dead people mean more Dem votes too.
And theoretically it would be 18 years between now any any kids born of this policy being able to vote. Which frankly is several lifetimes given the current state of the US.

That's exactly what I mean by reform. frick those groups that siphon large amounts of funding, but only use a tiny bit of it on the kids. And the teachers and caregivers need to go through extra scrutiny.

Actually, I'd prefer to sterilize "no income individuals" who can't figure out how to use condoms and birth control that the Health Department gives away for free.
