Senate map is not looking good for the Rs anytime soon. These are costly six year losses for the GOP.

Four lock-step dem senators out of SC, NC, GA, and TX for six years.

Ouch.

Why wouldn't they? There are no current signs that Paxton can win.

Dems basically locked the Senate for the next 6 years. Even if Republicans win in 2028 the next President won’t be able to get anything done. Alito/Thomas should go ahead and retire now if they don’t want to be replaced by another Ketanji

Dems could be looking at a filibuster proof senate in 2028 if it is a repeat of this

LA-05 & LA-06 seem likely to head to a December runoff

LA-06 might be GOP vs. GOP

Me? I posted that shite back in August and got laughed at.

Here's my next. If Talarico puts on this master class again in a few years, he'll be president in two cycles.

I think the Republican Party will be easy to de-trump. Trump is a once in a lifetime political figure and with him in retirement nobody is going to be able to fill that void.

Just had a terrifying thought.. with a democratic governor, how hard would it be for Texas to drop the voter id requirement?

The whole country will be fricked if that happens..
