I’m somewhat proud of this board today.
It feels like the majority of it is simply owned this result and isn’t making stupid accusations of other reasons why tonight is happening the way it is.

Tech will get smashed at least in the short term. Democrats are going to stop data centers which will put the economy in a recession towards the end of next year. Right before the 28 election and blame the republicans.

Paxton was a terrible, awful candidate.
Why do Republicans keep putting their worst people out there?? The RNC needs to ditch some of these guys.

Elon’s $500 million in trans ads seriously backfired. That’s like a penny to the rest of us but has he posted anything tonight?

People are pissed. DSA is absolutely not the way but the frustrations leading to tonight’s results are not all that different than what led to MAGA.

Good the DSA needs a platform

Ohio senate race down to a 3pt lead for the Dem. Rs getting that seat and keeping Collins in Maine would be big to holding the senate at 50-50
Kalshi is giving Brown’s a 95%+ chance of winning

Abbott is getting his arse handed to him. Cornyn wasn't winning either.

Americans feel like they have no choice. Wages have been flat for the last three decades and inflation has gone crazy. This is the start of the socialist cycle. Not sure how to stop it. It’s never worked but it’s what will happen. All we can hope is AI and Robotics start a huge deflationary cycle and maybe we can pull out of it.

With Orleans and Shreveport completely unreported and the split is at 2% for Letlow, she is in big trouble.

Trump’s fragile ego.
Thankful for what he brought to the political arena but it’s time to move on. Decimated any optimism from 2024 in just two short years and almost all of it self-inflicted. A damn shame.
