There’s a conflict between what’s socially appropriate, and there are absolute material benefits to falling in line, theres a selfish reason people do it, and who they’re actually attracted to

Believe it or not a significant portion of our population doesn't even know what you are talking about and don't give a shite anyway because all they want to do is get that snatch or at least in proximity of it.

I am comfortable in my political opinions and ability to change minds.
I do not like Tattoos and Piercings.

That’s a fair take
Women will bend to be like their partner and will take on his social and political views. But tattoos are a sign, at minimum, of a girl with high anxiety levels, and who engages in risk taking behavior that would make her a worse partner. You’re not going to fix the underlying issue there.

Why can't populist stances also be conservative stances?
They can, but only by accident, and likely only temporarily.
There are no principles behind populism, so whichever way the wind blows on any particular day is what position the populist takes. It's exactly why Trump was an independent, then a Republican, then an Independent again, then a Republican again, then a Democrat, then an Independent again, then a Republican again (and that is a historically accurate account of his political flip-flopping since the 80s).
It's why Vivek is espousing views that are 180 degree opposite of some of the views he espoused just 18 months ago.
Sooner or later, the individual is going to encounter a situation in which sticking to principle is going to cost him or her something. The conservative remains consistent even though the application of principle to any given situation may cost him or her something. The populist will not. The conservative stands for a set of values. The populist does not, other than his or her own personal feelings.
That's why you're seeing all of this "America First" nonsense right now, for example. Populism moves the "right" closer to the left. Now Republicans want to act weak on an international scale like the Democrats.

I know plenty of former conservative men who started dating a woman who was liberal and ended up moderate or leftist.
I don’t think it has to do with sex, it’s all about alpha vs beta.

In the aggregate, I think those men have a real health issue, they have some kind of serious testosterone deficiency. It’s far too common and at the same time, not historically normal

I'm pretty sure most of that 36% was born in the late 90s or later. The older half of the 18-34 cohort are the younger half of the most awesome generation of Americans (Millennials) and our Gen Z counterparts, collectively, are *ahem* "not optimal".
You have no idea the amount of people who weren't even in school for 9/11 that try to claim Millennial status. Considering how superior our generation is though, it's hard to blame them.
Oh, and by the way, I was born in 1996 and graduated high school in 2014, so I'm a full-fledged Millennial.

They identify as women

I don't know any men who do. So why do women get them? One theory I heard was about female competition. Other women tell them how great tattoos and piercings look. And how 'you're not fat...you're perfect'.
Women want other women to be uglier so they have a competitive advantage.

This group is sensitive and ignorant. Im glad my kids under 18 realize the shite they believe in is wrong. Its pretty sad when 9 year olds know there are only boys and girls and you cant change your gender but adults dont believe that.

Parents to the current teens and twenty something’s did a very bad job. We’ll feel the effects of their failure for many decades
Some did, but I’ve known many parents that tried to raise their kids with their values, morals, honor, and norms. They loved them, gave them discipline and took them to church, and in the end, were still defeated by the the popular culture and the Zetgeist.
In short , these kids are all “I love my parents but they’re racist and homophobic and slaves to the patriarchy” etc etc blah blah blah. A lot of kids simply love the new world, and loathe the old and want it destroyed. Hey, Jesus warned us. A lot of kids are going to turn against their own folks, eagerly.

MAGA and Communist are not opposites.
There's probably more overlap than you think.
MAGA is not conservative. It's populist. The government interfering with the free market a la tariffs, giving gigantic "stimulus" packages, etc. are MAGA planks.
