Work boot suggestions please

I’ve had a pair of steel toed Brahmas for about 7-8 years now. They have started to pull away from the sole.
I just need something for yard work and occasional building projects.
Are Redwings worth the money? Something like this LINK

I have a pair of redwing iron rangers. They’ve held up very well.

Red wings haven't been good in a long time l. The last pair I bought fell apart in 3 months and I had to do a warranty on them. Not worth the money anymore for sure

Redwing sells two different product lines. The regular line and the 'heritage line' that everybody on here grew up with.
The non-heritage line are cheaper and made in china or somewhere. They look good but the quality is suspect.
If you working around the house they are probably fine, but if you out in the field everyday for work then the'll be a problem and wont hold up.

How long ago was this? I bought a pair of iron rangers back in 2022 and they still look new when I clean them up. Wear them to work and hunt.

I prefer steel toe/safety toe, whatever it is now. It’s come in handy, even with my non-trade usage.

Redwings is another company that Warren Buffet destroyed. The ones still made in the U.S. are ok but not what they used to be.

Timberland Pro Titan or Pitboss, I prefer the Titan, they’re very comfortable to me, I also add a Spenco Polysorb Cross trainer insoles for about $23, I have feet problems but can work in these 12 hours a day and longer.

The iron rangers are a part of the very limited selection of USA made heritage line.
