I was a part of the first pirogue build and if there's anything I can do to help I will. I passed thru New Roads on a road trip this weekend and was thinking about Ole Fish... Damn this hurts to know how bad he's hurting right now...

I will add fish I am sure you will read this at some point I have much I want to say but not here. I plan on reaching out to you found out earlier today and wanted to wait on the right time.

In the mean time know you and your family have been on my mind constantly and I pray for you all almost constantly today and tonight. I will continue to pray for you.

Oh no. I think everyone on this board feels a manly affection for fish, just a great helpful guy to a bunch of unknown guys on the internet. He's spoke of his son quite a few times if I remember correctly.

Thank all of you. My son told me he didn't want any kids due to the fact he didn't want them to suffer as he did.

All of his friends that have kids all called him Uncle Paul. He would sit on the floor and play with them as if they were his own. He loved all children.
