Instead of crying on a message board talk to the guy and work it out.
This is the first step.
Meet the guy and be nice
Until it’s time to not be nice

Man you guys are some real a-holes. He's got 10 acres and he wants to hunt it. Have some outdoorsman spirit.
He isn't trying to hunt his 10 acres.
And he's 100% going to shoot off of his own property.

Because he strongly suspects the neighbor will be actively hunting and shooting onto his property. It's very easy to say the deer ran onto your property when no one witnesses the actual shooting.
Why does he suspect he'll be hunting/shooting onto his property? Or is he just assuming. Like others have said, go talk to the guy, have a few beers and make sure yall are on the same page. Could end up with an awesome neighbor

Bottom line, have a chat with the dude. If he's a jerk, then do things to make that corner less desirable to hunt. If he's a decent fella, help him out a bit. He knows what the deal is.

Are you retarded?
The feeder is on the line. Lets say a deer is on the wrong side eating. Is he going to wait for him to move?
No.
3ft or 100 yards onto my property is still trespassing.

there can be, depending how close to the line you are and which state you are in.
MS is 50 or 100 feet from the property line IIRC
This. What state are you in? He is likely breaking the law with his blind on the property line.
I would probably inform him of this and tell him that you're okay with it as long as he stays on his side of the fence and does not shoot deer on your property. If you catch him doing either of those two things, you'll see to it that his blind is moved to a legal location.

there will be a "wounded deer" he will have to retrieve sometime this year. I suspect I will tell him I appreciate him going to get the deer and to bring it on up to my farm house so I can process it.

Its a gravity feeder. The deer would literally have to be standing on my property to eat out of one of the tubes.

Dont think i'm retarded but i've been called that before.
I'm just saying that yall are jumping to conclusions. The guy has not trespassed or shot onto his property and hasn't given any indication that he plans to. Like i said, he could be a good dude, give him a chance...If he's an a-hole and then do what you need to do.

Did you read anything he said? This isn't hard to figure out.

A deer that runs onto my property after being shot...sure they can retrieve it.
A deer shot on my property by a neighbor who's trying to be a problem, not your deer. I'm calling green jeans.

He has already called me reminding me that the previous owner used to let him pursue wounded deer. The previous owners says BS---says the only time the guy ever called was when he knew he was working in his fields and might catch him.
I told him not to hunt my property and then this week he put in a fancy ground blind with shooting windows all the way around it.

As long as he isn't shooting deer off of your property there shouldn't be a problem. They aren't your deer. All you control is access. Put a fence up and pay the state for them if you want them to be yours.

Well that changes things if he lied about the previous owner giving permission.

Well in that case you need to put a blind right on the other side of his A bright pink stand with some wind chimes

Because I intend to keep it if it dies on my property. I don't want to listen to that "wounded deer crossed the property line" crap.
If he knows I will want it I suspect his shots will get much better and much more selective.
