Tusc - nope shot 1st thing in teh am ...
That Sunday morning, he was settling into his stand hauling his bow from the ground when he saw action: a doe came running out of the CRP field out in front of him followed by a big buck.

“I had just hauled my bow up when the buck stopped 25 yards from me. I drew on him but realized the clip holding the haul line was still clipped to my bow and I couldn’t pull it all the way back,” he said. “I had to release, unclip the line and draw again. The buck stopped broadside 20 yards away and I released my arrow.

A subpoena was issued for this cats phone records and around 1am Sunday morning he started texting. I just shot a stud. It's all over but the crying now hope he packs the anal ease.

So killed at night over rice bran on a National Wildlife Refuge inside the restricted area.

Yikes. Good luck dealing with that...

Most likely, just like every other outdoor related investigation you will never ever hear the true story about this.

This makes me wonder how many other big deer have been killed illegally and the hunter made up a story to make it seem legit.

At least he wasn't running dogs or shooting it with a crossbow.

I know of a huge one from Ophelia. Dude kills nice buck. Monster walks up. Another hunter becomes killer of original buck.

My dad asked me to claim one of 2 bucks he may/may not have killed one morning. I said i wouldn't do it unless i could claim the bigger one. It may/may not have been a 6 and a 8 pt, private land.

Not gonna go to jail. Probably will not be able to hunt legally like ever again. He also perjured himself if he took the lie detector at Simmons. Feds are gonna go in dry for cash money.
