I surely don't think he should go to jail, just insure he can never hunt again, shame him, confiscate the antlers and fine the beejeezus out of him, take his opportunity to hunt or wear camo anywhere in America. But I don't want to pay for any of his powdered eggs

I actually do. Just stirring the pot earlier. I wear jeans in climbers in tensas and see deer.

Yeah, I really didn't mean it that way I just thought it was kind of a funny story that they all drink beer together now.

I've seen deer at Tensas while in jeans sitting on the ground against a tree armed with a 12ga.

Did he have to pay the 25K?

My friends stepdad did hard time and is a convicted felone for cheating in a fishing tournament and winning.

I would assume if he entered a contest and won then it would be fraud and could be a felony.


FWIW: in the above story my friends stepdad never admitted to cheating but his co angler started bragging when drunk and eventually the green jeans got involved and dude caved to save his arse.
