Check with Boone's Hunting and Trapping here in Cenla. They carry all kinds of stuff like that.

Ask for Anthony.

FNC Nets and More in Jonesville.

I would love to find a place that would buy whole cats around the Northshore. I would run traps just for fun with my boys and let them turn it into a side job as they got older.

Gods Country Hunting and Fishing on YouTube is constantly talking about this. He has a bunch of videos dedicated to that subject. He’s from north LA though

Man, I haven’t thought about that place in decades….I remember when Mr Boone started that business. I used to trap and sell my furs to him.

He has a video of a going with a commercial in SLA down around Morgan city I think. The amount of fish that guys catches in that video is crazy. Apparently SLA close to estuaries can produce a lot more fish than NLA rivers and lakes.

Agreed.
The mini hoops are way easier to deal with.

i don't know if hoop is legal in Arkansas. I saw a guy dump 3 hoops in a 24 carolina skiff, and I woulda thought the boat was gonna sink. Full to the gunnels.

Hoop nets are legal in AR only in waters open to commercial fishing. This lake is not

The place in jonesville has exactly what we want and is (semi) on the way. Thanks again motorboat
