Just chatted again. This time rep said my order was "stuck in the created state" He worked on it for 5 min and now says I'm good to go and it will ship out this afternoon or Monday.
So the waiting for me continues. I would recommend anyone who hasn't seen any movement on their order to chat/call for an update.
