I have to admit I feel slightly guilty sitting in my recliner watching tv while the ceiling fan and ac are running while looking out my window and seeing flashlights shining in my neighbors windows.

Those with rising water damage (flood) get pictures before the water recedes. Inside and out. The more the better.
